Dentistry should be a partnership between the dentist and the patient. The dentist should help
the patient learn what good oral health is, explain what options are available and then work with the patient to achieve the desired results. For over thirty years, I have partnered with thousands of patients to help them get the dental care they want and need. For some patients it is as simple as regular cleanings, and discussing diet and home care. For some it is the relief of pain and building teeth that are comfortable to chew with. For many patients it is creating that beautiful smile they always wanted.

My years of experience have taught me the value of always keeping current with treatment advances and technology, having a caring staff, surrounding myself with the very best specialists, and last but certainly not least, enjoying my work.

Questions and Answers with Dr. Bill Kelly

Q: Do you see children?
Dr. Bill: I see children on a very limited basis out of consideration for my adult patients who are seeking a relaxing experience in my office. The children I do see are children of my regular patients who are able to be treated without any behavior issues.

Q: How do you keep up with changes in dentistry?
Dr. Bill: By reading, attending courses and classes, and through study clubs. Any dentist who does not keep up with advances in his practice will not only become bored with dentistry he will not best serve his patients.

Q: Are you a cosmetic dentist?
Dr. Bill: I enjoy giving patients beautiful smiles. I have been making all porcelain crowns and veneers and bleaching teeth since 1985, but I do not limit my practice to cosmetics. I do feel the experience I have gained over the year sand the time I have spent in learning the most advanced techniques put me in a position to treat the most complex cosmetic cases.

Q: What are your payment policies?
Dr. Bill: First, I want to make sure my patients understand what work is needed, what it costs, and estimate what insurance will pay, then make a treatment plan based on the patient’s wishes. I want to help my patients be able to pay for the dentistry they want. I will file dental insurance for the patient and ask the patient to pay their portion. I often do a half down and half at completion. For anyone who needs a longer term of financing, we can help arrange no interest loans through Credit Care or American General. Of course, we accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card or Discover.

When are you going to retire?
Dr. Bill: The short answer is when my body or mind does not allow me to perform quality dentistry. The truth is I am blessed to be in a wonderful position; I practice in a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility with my two sons doing something I enjoy. I have turned my job into a hobby.
